Our standard packages include: hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, all airport and intercity transfers, sightseeing as per itinerary, Hindi or English speaking tour guide, all entry tickets, and free Vietnam e-visa assistance. Absolutely — in fact we encourage it. Every itinerary we build is customised to your specific dates, interests, budget and group size. We do not offer fixed group departures. Whether you want to add a cooking class, a Ha Long Bay cruise upgrade, extra beach days or a honeymoon dinner — we build it exactly as you want.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for standard travel. During peak season (December to February and Indian school holidays) — book 8-12 weeks ahead as hotels and Ha Long Bay cruises fill up quickly. For last-minute trips, contact us and we will do our best to arrange availability.

Cancellation policy varies by package and season. Generally: cancellations 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. 15-29 days — 50% refund. Within 14 days — no refund on pre-booked services. We always recommend travel insurance. Contact us on WhatsApp for specific terms for your booking.
